We practice these new habits in house to build a fluid foundation for ongoing recovery through holistic approaches.

What Does Holistic Recovery for Addiction Entail?

Clients of a holistic treatment program will engage in stretches, poses, and movements designed to strengthen the body physically while empowering one’s mental state. Through yoga, individuals can also develop spiritual connections to a power greater than themselves (does not have to be religious) adding to the fabric of their recovery.
Additional therapies that are offered through holistic treatment programs can include biofeedback, nutritional therapy, aromatherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and herbal medications.
